What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size ordered, as each product is sourced specifically for your order.
My package hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
If your package is still in transit beyond35 days from the shipping date, contact our support team. We will investigate and replace it if necessary.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within12 hoursof purchase. After this period, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
